There are only two weeks left in the current transfer market, but some Premier League clubs could potentially have more stars available with free transfers and could start planning for next year
Once the transfer window entered the final stretch, Premier League clubs were not afraid to splash cash. Champion Liverpool could potentially spend the summer spending more than £400 million in a dip in the UK’s record for Alexander Isaac.
Their top flight rivals are also spending so much, with Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United all spending huge amounts. Given the already vast spending, some teams may be tempted to look for some bargains before closing the “slam.”
Many free agents, including Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelof, Jamie Vardy and Kurt Zuma, all remain without clubs. However, the opportunity to land top talent without immersing in a summer budget can further stimulate the appetite with many top talents who were ready to be out of contract in 2026.
In fact, nearly £350 million in talent XI is available in just 12 months, according to SportingPedia. And clubs will have to wait several months to engage in meetings with those players.
That being said, let’s take a look at some of the best players who can move completely for free next year.

There are players who can actually move through the last few weeks of the window, starting with the goal. Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnaruma – valued at £34.5 million – just a year left in the Paris Saint-Germain deal. However, he was told that he could leave the club this summer in interest from Manchester City.
If you move to defense, there are some Premier League stars that may move. Everton’s Vitalii Mykolenko has only one year left on the contract.
Crystal Palace’s Marcguech takes less than a year left to his deal. He is another person who can move from Liverpool this summer in interest. And they managed to get a bargain given his £38.8 million valuation.
Ironically, Guehi was able to potentially replace another star in this Xi. Liverpool star Ibrahima Conate – worth around £51 million – has been out of contract within a year and linked with the transition to Real Madrid.
Dayot Upamecano (valued at £43 million) can also join his fellow countrymen. He has a season remaining on his contract with his current employer Bayern Munich. Real Madrid starlet Raul Asensio claims the right side, and his value is £34.5 million.
There are a lot of talent in the middle. Barcelona midfielder Fren Kiedejon – constantly linking with Manchester United – is valued at £38.8 million, but nothing is available immediately.

Meanwhile, Premier League duo Rodrigo Bentancourt and Bernardo Silva could leave Tottenham and Mann City with a Freeze, respectively, next summer. The pair holds a joint value of around £58.7 million.
Moving to the forefront, Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic takes less than a year on his contract in Turin. Given that he was signed for £66 million and is now valued at just £30 million, it represents a huge loss for the Italian giant.
Brentford Forward Yoane Wissa can ultimately be included in an uncontracted XI, but it can also be moved well before that. He is valued at £27.6 million despite demanding significantly more than this summer, in interest from Newcastle to find an alternative to Alexander Isaac.
