Reuben Amorim hints that Manchester United can sign new goalkeepers without offloading Andre Onana or Altai Bayindil in his link with Sen Lammens. The Red Devils are reportedly continuing consultations with Royal Antwerp, a runmen’s Royal Antwerp, who is said to be closer to agreeing to personal terms.
Given the three free use of Amorims, including Tom Heaton, there was a belief that United had to sell one of the Onanas or Bay Indils to make room for new stoppers. However, the Portuguese head coach showed that this was not the case in his press conference ahead of Sunday’s Premier League trip.
“It’s not the idea that these guys leave to play for another club. And we’re going to receive another player,” Amorim explained.
“We don’t know what will happen, but we’re not waiting to take someone out to get someone else.”
However, it’s no secret that Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia continue to separate from Amorim’s teams.
Amorim was shy about their situation, saying, “I have to talk to Jason (Wilcox).” There is a department that handles that part.
“I’m focusing on Sunday games. We talk every day. We talk about everything.”

He added:
“So, we are trying to arrange everything to make both parts happy, so I have to train with people who think it will be the future and imagine others preparing and preparing for the next chapter.
“When the windows are closed, that’s another history. When the windows are closed, we need to receive the player and anything can happen in a new life.”
Rasmus Hojlund is also in the shop window after Amorim ruled out him from the United team against Arsenal last Sunday.
The 22-year-old striker didn’t receive a few minutes in his final preseason friendly against Fiorentina a week ago.
When asked about Hojlund’s reaction to his brutal snub at the Premier League opener, Amorim gave Dane credits, but refused to be drawn into the story of the transfer.
“(He responded like a professional player) and we need to see. Let’s wait and see when the market closes, and it all becomes clear,” the United boss explained.
Hojlund is also expected to miss a trip to Fulham on Sunday, along with injured duo Noussair Mazraoui and Lisandro Martinez. However, Amorim confirmed that Andre Onana is in conflict with returning.
