Rasmus Hojlund has not been favorable at Manchester United following the arrival of Benjamin Sesco, but it is possible that Dane’s potential exit route has been closed
Manchester United were hit by their efforts to win cash this summer by Rasmus Hozilund. Danish striker Hoilund is AC Milan’s target, and United wants a thick transfer fee, but Rossonelli has moved to another target.
Strangely enough, former United boss Eric Ten Hug played the role. Milan is trapped by Nigerian striker Victor Boniface. Victor Boniface has spent the past two years on the Bayer Leverkusen side.
According to BBC Sport, Milan will lend him the 24-year-old and get the option to make the move permanent. Reports elsewhere have brought the option to around £26 million. This is significantly less than the asking price for United in Hojlund.
Boniface scored 21 times in all competitions in the 2023-24 season, helping Leberkusen score a league and cup double under Xabi Alonso. He was a few minutes late last season, but he still found the net 11 times.
There is no word on whether Leverkusen himself will enter the striker market after Boniface allows him to leave. However, while top scorer Patrick Thicke continues to lead the line last season, Martin Terrier is expected to return to action in the fall after a serious Achilles injury.

The latest developments put Hojlund in uncertainty. Denmark International joined United from Atalanta for £72 million when 10 hugs were in charge, but was removed from Reuben Amorim’s team due to Sunday’s defeat to Arsenal.
“It’s our players — we have to make choices,” coach Reuben Amorim told BBC Radio 5 live after the match. “We have players who have to continue supporting our teams from outside.”
Hojlund is not the only United player who could leave the club before the transfer window closed on September 1st. Jadon Sancho has attracted interest from Serie A, and Chelsea has a hug with United in the assessment of Alejandro Garnacho, but the exits for Antony and Tyrel Malacia after Antony and Tyrel Malacia have also left the season of Amorim.
Matheus Cunha started before United Against Arsenal. Slovenian forward Sesco knocks on the door for the first start as United’s trip to Fulham.
“Sometimes you can see the game in a variety of ways. In the first half, Cunha has to go out because the centre-backs are so strong,” Amorim said in the match the day after United’s weekend defeat. “Then you have Sesco and you have different types of players. That’s important to me that we have players who play different games.”
