Manchester United will face Arsenal at the Premier League opener at Old Trafford on Sunday, but the Red Devils may not have four key players in the game
Lisandro Martinez and Nucea Mazraui both faced Arsenal for Manchester United’s Premier League opener, with Reuben Amorim confirming. The Red Devils welcome gunners to Old Trafford on Sunday to launch their 2025-26 campaign.
Amorim is eager to start with a positive start considering United’s disastrous season last time. But his side must take on the man of Mikel Arteta without two important advocates.

“I want to go back to Europe,” Amorim added. “We have to be realistic with the fans. We have more teams that take longer than us, so we have to fight a lot. We have to focus on each game. We want to win Arsenal.”
Amorim also claims that he has learned many lessons from the club’s agony over the past year, and that he is better equipped to face adversity at Old Trafford. He said: “I learned a lot last season. I don’t have to focus on the future.
