Liverpool is disappointed by Alexander Isak as two rivals set in ROL | Football | Sports

The two Premier League rivals could be set to play a major role in Liverpool’s Alexander Isaac pursuit. The Reds are keen to acquire forward services before the summer transfer period closes, and the £150 million valuation won’t stop Arne Slot’s side.

Liverpool have cashed over many new signatures over the past few months, with Hugo Echicicke and Florian Wiltz blew sparks in the final third, and Jeremy Fripon and Milos Kerkez joining the club to offer an alternative option for the fullback.

Anfield’s priorities are currently Isaac signing another No. 9 with the top target. However, Newcastle has refused to say goodbye to No. 14, despite the original society’s best efforts to force movement, and has been stuck with a large price tag for the time being.

Magpies are already in the striker’s market as Callum Wilson allowed him to leave as a free agent at the end of last season. And by bringing an alternative to ISAK, we can alleviate ISAK’s attitude towards departure.

So, Liverpool is waiting for a new signature to arrive at St. James Park, but their patience could be tested given Newcastle has been hit twice as a transfer hit.

Brentford’s Ioan Wissa has been identified as the ideal alternative to Wissa by Magpies, but they have so far been unable to sign a contract to sign Congo International. Talksport reports that honeybees continue to block the forward exits, not making it easier to exits below £60 million.

While discussions are underway between the clubs, it is said that Brentford people are confident that Wissa is part of Keith Andrews’ team when the transfer window closes. Chelsea star Nicholas Jackson has also been praised by Tyneside, suggesting that the striker is also eager to take the next step in his career and join Newcastle.

But Eddie Howe is not alone in the admiration of Senegal International. Sky Sports Germany reports that Aston Villa has raced to sign Jackson and has already discussed potential deals with Chelsea.

If neither star arrives at St. James Park, it will trigger a major rethink among the club’s higher powers, especially since they have already missed many targets this summer. With that in mind, Newcastle may ultimately decide that their best bet is trying to reintegrate Isaac into the team with his and Liverpool’s frustration.
