Former Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood was involved in an angry exchange with Aston Villa’s friendly and Aston Villa’s Tyrone Mings with Premier League side Marseille
Mason Greenwood and Tyron Mings clashed angrily at a preseason meeting, with a former Manchester United man grabbed in the neck. Greenwood’s current Marseille faced Aston Villa friendly on Saturday evening.
But it eventually became a creepy event between both sides. New signatures Evann Duesand, Matty Cash, John McGinn and Donyell Malen were all booked during the collision.
The tension then boiled late between Greenwood and some villa stars. The striker was kicked out by Belgian midfielder Andre Onana after avoiding many challenges.

Defender Mings then wrestled with Greenwood and was involved when he grabbed the striker with the neck. After that, many players piled up when the scene became ugly.

His temper quickly settled, but Greenwood was soon removed from the pitch by Roberto de Zerbi, leaving behind a torn shirt.
Villa ultimately fell to a 3-1 defeat by Marseille. Greenwood scored in the first half, and Villa captain John McGinn also found the net.
However, two strikes secured the French victory with Pierre Emerick Aubameyang back to forward forward. Villa concludes preparations for a new campaign on Sunday, when she travels to Spain to take on the Villarreal.

Greenwood hopes to expand on the hot form that was displayed last season. The former United forward scored 22 goals in all competitions in the previous term.
He was at the heart of a considerable transfer interest this summer. Barcelona regularly links him, but he is reportedly also adores in Saudi Arabia.
Greenwood also made a major change regarding his international loyalty. He previously won one England cap and is now set to represent Jamaica’s citizenship.
