Manchester United are linked to a new goalkeeper, and Reuben Amorim asked about Gianluigi Donnalmer, the star of Paris Saint-Germain outside Old Trafford
Reuben Amorim only laughed this summer when asked about the prospect of Manchester United signing Genluigi Donnaruma. The Italian goalkeeper era at Paris Saint-Germain is close to an end with just one year left on his contract at Park des Princess.
Luis Enrique has already seen a new goalkeeper arrive in the French capital. PSG has agreed to a deal with reel shot stopper Lucas Chevalier, who will be participating on a five-year deal after the Champions League winner decided to pay £34.7 million.
The Paris side is anticipating a bid for lively AC Milan shot topper Donnarumma this summer. They are understood to be charged in areas where they are £26 million (knockdown price) for players with some of the best in the world. And United is one of the things they consider to be candidates.
The Red Devils have long been linked to signing new goalkeepers. Backup options Altay Bayindir endure an uncertain future, and the club is said to want greater competition with Andre Onana. Onana has not always claimed to be confident in the theatre of Dreams, and has previously seen uncertainty in his own position alongside people like Aston Villa star Emiliano Martinez and Old Trafford-linked Donnaruma.

On Saturday, Amorim was questioned to him about his prospects for signing Donnaruma. The Portuguese were stopped from halting the stadium as Manchester United played a final friendship with Fiorentina and were taken to missions by club supporters.
Amorim could only respond to the first “Sorry?” Before the question was placed on him for a second time. The former sports Lisbon boss kept signing the signs without providing a clear answer, so he could only have a hard time emitting a laugh.
Perhaps this isn’t the question for him…or perhaps United’s spending is already over £200 million, and then not beyond the agenda midfielder.
Amorim has already added Benjamin Sesco, Mateus Cunha, Brian Mbeumo and Diego Leon to his team this summer. United’s attention may now be to sell players.
Marcus Rashford has secured an exit to Barcelona this summer, but his teammates unwanted stars Antony, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia and Alejandro Garnacho still don’t have a new side to them. The latter is said to have agreed to personal terms with Chelsea.
At the start of the season, United Net will also be attracting attention. Bayindir was injured on a goal against Fiorentina, and Onana Out was injured. Cameroon International has not been featured before the season, but is competing to face Arsenal.
