Jadon Sancho is in exile at Manchester United as he waits for the new club to advance after two other potential exits have not come to fruition during the summer transfer period
Besiktas hopes to complete a contract to sign Manchester United’s Outcast Jadon Sancho after a series of other deals are over.
Sancho is in exile at United, along with unnecessary players Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia. The bomb squad group, which previously included Marcus Rashford before heading to Barcelona, is said to be looking for a new club with no future under Reuben Amorim.
Sancho spent last season on loan with Chelsea, but they refused the opportunity to sign him forever and decided to cut the fees by £5 million than paying £25 million for his services. He has since agreed terms with Fenerbafs and Juventus, but those transactions only drop to the final hurdle.
The 25-year-old doesn’t take a year to sign with United, but his £300,000 pay offers a block that trips up towards any exit. Both Borussia Dortmund and Rome are interested, but it is Besikutas who can jump in front of the queue after club President Serdal Adari makes his remarks.

“I want him as much as the community wants him,” he told Torkier today. “It’s not just our desires that matter, but if the player wants to come to Turkey, we have a budget and we will do our best to get him here.
“Players like Jadon Sancho usually prefer clubs that play in the Champions League. Whether it’s happening today or not, it’s hard to say. If possible, we’ll get him. Besiktas fans can feel at ease.”
Besiktas fans were extremely keen to sign Sancho, reading over 5 million messages as “Come to Besiktas” and attacking their Instagram accounts.
However, Fabrizio Romano reports that Sancho does not share the enthusiasm of Besictas’ fanbase and is not keen on the move to Turkey at this stage of his career. Instead, he plans to wait for interest in Italy to turn into an offer.
However, despite Jean Piero Gasperini’s interest in Sancho, Rome reportedly does not have the funds to pay his wages. Roma will need to move ahead with some of the unnecessary players first, but Inter Milan is also being debated as a suitor for Italian press.
Besiktas is managed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who took charge of United when Sancho was signed by Dortmund in 2021 for £73 million. This move didn’t work. Sancho got better on loan with Chelsea with five goals and 10 assists in 41 games last season.
He helped the Blues win the conference league, but the club surprisingly chose to sign him forever. Sancho won’t be competing on the United pre-season US Tour and is patiently waiting for the new club to move forward ahead of the September 1 deadline.
