Alexander Isaac revealed that the club is not planning to play for Newcastle again with his grip, which has returned to his contract promise.

Alexander Isaac is furious over the promise of a broken contract that led him to decide last season will be his final season at Newcastle – and he is no longer planning on playing again for the Magpie.

The Swedes expressed their desire to see elsewhere this summer, leading to Liverpool’s interest, but the people at St. James Park made it clear that they would not sell under any circumstances. Isak is currently training away from other teams, but he doesn’t want to be reintegrated.

It was a plan under Eddie Howe, but Isak remains angry at the rollout of last year’s contract SAGA. The striker excels in Newcastle and is now seen among the best strikers in Europe, but he had no new deals in the previous term.

It was former manager and minority co-owner Amanda Starvey who promised Isaac that he and the club would sit down to discuss the new deal. However, she left before both parties came to the negotiation table.

Paul Mitchell came in as sports director and made a quick U-turn to that promise, but that didn’t work with Isaac. He cited the need to continue to comply with the PSR rules, but last October Anthony Gordon signed a new long-term contract.

Isaac had already had a well-paid contract until 2028 and extending him was not considered an urgent matter, but he made it clear that this would be his final season with Newcastle. Some of the clubs have denied that it was simply a message that the debate was pushed back.

Athletic reports that two weeks before the season ended, the striker left his wish to Howe and double-cut it when he called his manager before flying to Sweden after the club was defeated on the final day to Everton.

As things stand, Howe revealed he won’t be able to pick Isaac before the Premier League opener at Aston Villa this weekend. The Newcastle boss said: “For me, I’m trying to manage the situation and manage the team. Most importantly, I’m trying to manage the group of players I work on every day. I love coaching and help. We’re focusing on Aston Villa.

When he was quized about whether Hau believed he could tell Isaac to change his attitude, he said: “If that was easy, I would have done it yesterday.”
