Everton sees Jack Grelish’s move and is about to land Manchester City’s outcast on loan, but Toffee will need to kick out more than £10 million to land playmakers for the season
Everton will need to cut down around £12 million to lend it out for the season and land Jack Jack Grelish. Toffee is interested in signing a Manchester City winger temporarily, but hasn’t moved yet.
The 29-year-old Grealish is understood to be available to help him leave Etihad Stadium this summer. Everton was able to pursue a loan agreement realistically, but still comes with some big numbers.
The city is keen to collect most of the players’ wholly 300,000 pound wages to allow them to leave loans worth almost £12 million.
The finances have not put off the blues, but they are waiting to see how the rest of the window unfolds before they decide to start a serious bid. This allows you to approach window closure.
It’s not just clubs interested in the players City signed for £100 million in 2021. Grealish is trained with City and can still remain at Etihad Stadium for the season. There are no new discussions yet about the move to Everton, but I’m really interested in it from boss David Moyes.

Everton is about to keep busy in the transfer market and landed Keenan Dewsbury Hall yesterday. The 26-year-old midfielder will cost him the first £24 million from Chelsea. The add-on offers an additional £4 million.
Dewsbury-Hall has signed a five-year deal, with the former Leicester City man trying to prove his points after a failed season with Chelsea. “I’m honestly excited, my family is excited. There’s really talk about this, and I feel that’s right for me,” Dewsbury-Hall said.
“So, that alone, as we show everyone, it proves the point and gives us the motivation and special determination to spend a truly successful time here.”
Dewsbury-Hall is the fifth signing of Everton in the summer after Charly Alcaraz, Thierno Barry, Mark Travers and Adam Aznou. They are still looking for at least another midfielder and an attacker on the right.
