Manchester United are closing the sensational deal for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesco.
Manchester United will get the first glimpse of Benjamin Sesco to fans ahead of their clash with Fiorentina. The Red Devils have sealed the deal for RB Leipzig Strikers.
United agreed to a fee of £74 million with the German side, but Sesco flew to Manchester and began receiving medical care at his new club. At the time of writing, United have yet to confirm Sesco’s switch to Old Trafford, but the announcement is not too far. The 22-year-old is expected to be officially announced in front of fans ahead of the club’s pre-season friendliness with Fiorentina.
United welcomes Serie a Side to Old Trafford on Saturday for final preparations on Saturday. That’s how Sesco’s decision to choose United over Newcastle was fully explained.
Once Sesco is officially confirmed as the Red Devil, he turns his attention to the club’s potential debut. Reuben Amorim’s team will face Arsenal at Old Trafford in the opening game of the Premier League season.
Club legend Paul Scholes already shares his thoughts on Sesco’s arrival, suggesting that he needs to hit the ground he is running. Speaking about the overlap fan discussion, he said:

“You have to be ready, as you found at Hojlund, a 22-year-old child, to become Manchester United now.
“And Hojlund isn’t enough for that as we saw it. But again, he had no chance to be developed – going to Newcastle might have been the best thing for him for a couple of years.”
The arrival of Sesko could open the door to another major deal. Rival forward Rasmus Hojlund could potentially leave, and AC Milan wanted to sign him for a loan.

Italian reports say the Italian chiefs will fly to the UK and discuss with colleagues with the Red Devils. However, Hojlund’s attitude was able to put it in danger, expressing his desire to stay at Old Trafford.
He said: “My plan is very clear and it’s about staying for my spot and fighting for what happens. I’m still very young. I think people sometimes forget that. I’m 22 years old.
“But I’ve learned a lot. I think you can see in my game. I’m starting to develop the basics and get better. Now, I’m pretty much on my own, and I’m doing really well in the seasons so far.
“Competition is fine for me. It makes me sharp. I’m ready. I feel sharp, so I welcome everything coming. I think competition is good.
