Matthijs de Ligt says he is happy with the players who have joined United since the end of last season.
Speaking to Mutv, he said: “I think they made a really good impression.
“Brian (Mbeumo) has only been here for a few days so I can’t say much about him, but he’s already scored a few goals in training.
“Matheus (Cunha) has been here for two weeks and he’s been training really well. It’s a new club and environment, but he’s already chatting with his teammates and joking.
“I think that’s a really good adaptation from him. Diego (Leon) is a little younger, but he’s also a player with a lot of talent.
“He’s really strong and physical. He comes from a different system so tactically he has to learn a bit, but all his physical and tactical abilities make him a really good player along with him.
“It’s a really good window and hopefully they can help us as much as possible.”
