Chelsea have been enjoying a very busy summer so far, and they are about to complete the signatures of Yorel Hato and Zabi Simmons, so there could be seven more players on their way out of the club.
Chelsea plans to offload at least seven players this summer to balance the book. Bruce has enjoyed the busy transfer window so far, with eight senior players leaving and eight new players taking part.
Joao Felix recently joined the Saudi League side Al-Nassr for around £43.7 million, while teenage defender Ishe Samuels-Smith is set to join Strasbourg for £6.5 million. Strasbourg is owned by Blueco, a consortium formed in 2022 to purchase Chelsea from Roman Abramovich.
Also, according to a new report from Standard, Chelsea wants to offload Raheemsterling, Benchilwell, Axel Disassi, Armando Bruja, Kearny Chuk Emeka, Leslie Ugochuk and Lenate Beiga.
All seven players spent time on loans last season, and Chelsea is under pressure to achieve a “active transfer balance” this summer and was fined by UEFA for violating financial rules.

They were fined a total of £27 million for breaking UEFA’s soccer revenue rules and squad cost rules. Additionally, failure to comply with UEFA rules for the next four years could result in an additional £52 million fine.
“The club worked closely and transparently with UEFA to provide a complete and detailed breakdown of its financial reporting, indicating that the club’s financial performance is on a strong upward trajectory,” Chelsea said at the time.
“We thought it was important for Chelsea FC to take a strong evaluation of its relationship with UEFA and to quickly reach a conclusion by signing a settlement agreement.”
Chelsea has already spent more than £200 million this summer on Joan Pedro, Jamie Gitens and Liam Dellup, but they are also working on deals between Ajax defenders Jorrel Hato and RB Leipzig Star Xavi Simons.
The pigeons recently asked to skip the game due to Chelsea’s interest, which has led them to miss out on Ajax’s preseason friendliness against Como. They are currently discussing with Ajax about a £35 million deal for the defender.
