Newcastle United’s Alexander Isaac is facing a lonely training session as the magpie is reorganized following his tour of the Far East. Chronicle Live has made it clear that a key moment has arrived for Isak, Eddie Howe and Newcastle United, with all involved taking a clear stance.
The Swedish forward was instructed to train solo and seek treatment for thigh injuries that led to his absence from the team’s trip to Korea and Singapore. His exclusion raises serious questions about his future with the club, but it seems increasingly uncertain. The club today announced that Howe will hold a barbecue for players’ families and staff, but Sky Sports claims that ISAK will only visit the training ground after meetings.
Hau issued a veiled warning to Isaac on Sunday. “There is another way to look at this, you need to get the right to train with us.
“Players are part of the team and have a responsibility to become part of the team. You have to act the right way.
“So, it’s here too. We make sure the players do it to get the right to train in the group.”
Newcastle is scheduled to face Espanyol and Atletico Madrid on Friday and Saturday nights. Head coach Howe will not hold a press conference Thursday and instead choose to address the media after the game, leaving questions about Isak unanswered.
It is expected that Isak, who appears to be ineligible, will not be participating in any of his LA La Liga matches.
This could lead to speculation as to whether ISAK is refusing to play for Newcastle due to rumors linking him to Liverpool. When asked by Chronicle Live this morning, Newcastle United declined to comment on Isak’s return to the club.
The lack of athletic directors or CEOs in Newcastle doesn’t support the issue, but insiders argue that PIF officials can get quick responses from the officials.
