The 2025/26 season promises a lot by up and down divisions that have been undergoing various levels of rest, renewal and repairs before another campaign.
Who will become the champion? Who will be relegated? And what about Manchester United?
For you, Joe Cole and Owen Hargreaves…
Lowly man utd-and demoted surprise
The first to enter the hot seat was former Chelsea and British winger call, where we saw Arne Slot’s Liverpool making a back-to-back title.
Cole also foresees only a mild improvement from Manchester United in his 15th place finish last year.
Cole predicts a difficult season for three promoted aspects: Leeds United, Burnley and Sunderland.
It would be the end of an eight-year stay for the British elite wolves.
And how about Chelsea finishing above Arsenal? (Eye emoji…)

Arsenal again?
From blue to south, from south to north, then we asked former Man UTD midfielder Hargreaves to put out his crystal ball.
Notable among his predictions was the seventh finish, which is more appealing for his old club, but we believe Arsenal will be second in the surprising fourth season of running.
However, Liverpool is also bold in the transfer market, so Hargreaves thinks it’s enough to double the men in the slot.
Like Cole, Hargreaves sees Brentford’s struggle, but believes that the three promoted aspects will be something that will go straight back.
