The Premier League was scheduled to announce the exact dates and kickoff times for September fixtures two weeks ago, but now it’s only now that the Chiefs were able to check them out
The Premier League finally confirmed which games will air in September and apologised for the two-week delay. Fans were promised to be informed of the exact dates and kickoff times for MatchWeeks 4, 5 and 6 by July 9th.
But now the top flight chiefs are able to finalize them. The Premier League says their late announcements still line up with a commitment to give supporters a minimum of six weeks of notice regarding fixture changes prior to January.
In a statement, the league said: “The announcement of Premier League equipment was advised on September 9th that September equipment would be released, but unfortunately, it meant that only the August equipment was announced on this day.
“The Premier League hopes to apologise for not being able to confirm these supplies up until now, but today’s announcement is in line with its commitment to give at least six weeks of “notification” about fixture announcements by January. ”
Manchester Derby headline September equipment list. United’s visit to City will take place on Sunday, September 14th at 4:30pm on Sky Sports.
