Manchester United boss Reuben Amorim sang the praises of Patrick Dorg following a spectacular exhibit in his 4-1 victory over Bournemouth on Thursday. The Red Devils lighted up Chicago’s soldiers field, continuing their unbeaten run in the preseason, taking preparations for their new campaign to another level.
Dorgu set up the opener for Rasmus Hojlund within just eight minutes with a pinpoint cross from the left before finding the net itself within 20 minutes. The Danish starlet showed off the pace, power and accuracy that provided substantial encouragement for improvements in the upcoming season.
Dolgue took advantage of Mason Mount’s quick free-kick delivery, brushing the marker aside before it exploded into space inside the box.
He coolly slotted for a Maiden strike past Born Muskeeper Djordje Petrovic since switching from Lecce during the January transfer period.
Dolgue also produced an impressive show against West Ham United in New Jersey the weekend, with United winning 2-1.
In both matches in the Premier League summer series, the 20-year-old terrified his left flank all over, taking up the advanced positions that Amorim demands from his wing back.

Amorim, who has clearly benefited from his debut preseason campaign at Old Trafford, expresses his joy in the development of the youth, highlighting multiple aspects of his performance.
“It’s impressive,” Amorim revealed to MUTV when discussing Dolgue’s progress since its unified arrival. “He’s 20. He appears to belong to Manchester United.
“It’s difficult to do at 20. He’s very strong, he gets his technique in his game, he’s defending very well, he presses so well, I’m really impressed with Patrick.”
The Red Devils will end their US preseason tour this Sunday in a clash with Everton in Atlanta.
