Al Nassle, on the pro league side of Saudi Arabia, signed Joa Felix from Chelsea in a permanent deal.
Felix will link with Portuguese captain Cristiano Ronaldo and former Liverpool winger Sadio Manet of Al Nasr.
The 25-year-old left Chelsea after just half a season at Stamford Bridge after moving from Atletico Madrid to the Blues.
He was sent on loan to AC Milan in January, and was a 20-time contestant and scored seven goals in all competitions.
For the Italian Giants, Felix scored three goals in 21 appearances, but it wasn’t enough for Milan to want to keep him forever.
Felix first became prominent in the European stage at Benfica, scoring 15 goals in 26 appearances in his first Primira Liga season at the age of 19.
In Madrid, Felix scored 34 goals and assisted 18 times in 131 games, winning the La Liga Liga title in the 2020-2021 season.
After three and a half seasons at Atletico, he found himself considered a surplus in the requirements and lending it to Chelsea.
Felix first looked promising, then scored a red card in Chelsea’s first match, scoring four goals in 16 Premier League matches in a short spell in London in 2023.
He did enough to acknowledge interest from Barcelona in West London. There he went on another loan and scored 10 goals in 44 games.
Chelsea then chose to sign Felix in a permanent deal, and the Portuguese scored back to the Blues, reaching the end of a pass by Portuguese forward Pedro Neto in a 6-2 wolf attack at Molynu.
That goal proved to be his only goal in Chelsea’s Premier League with his second spell, but he scored four goals in five UEFA Europa Congress League matches before lending to Milan.
Felix scored nine goals in 45 appearances for Portugal, and was part of the UEFA Nations League winners on 2018-19 and 25th 2024.
He was Chelsea’s eighth departure in the summer, following Noni Maduke, Djordje Petrovic, Mathias Amougou, Bashir Humphreys, Kepa Arrizablaga, Marcus Bettinelli and Lucas Bergstrom.
