How does voting work?
The Ballon d’Or is determined by a list of 180 journalists from the 100 best FIFA ranked countries to vote for the Yasin Trophy for the best goalkeeper (and for the best goalkeeper, for the first time this year).
Each journalist wins five players and envelops all votes. That’s where the final winner comes. However, the Copa Trophy will be filming the female version for the first time, but will be chosen by the Barondore or the winner who is still alive. Similar to the award mentioned above, the Gerd Muller Trophy will be awarded this year in the Women’s category.
