WASHINGTON (AP) — Ty Balibo scored from the penalty spot 10 minutes into stoppage time, Sean Johnson made six saves and D.C. United defeated Toronto FC 2-1 on Saturday night, ending a five-game winning streak.

Toronto (3-7-7) is without a win in 11 games.

Andre Dozell drew a penalty conceded by Jackson Gilman, and Balibo’s penalty sealed the goal.

Balibo has scored in three consecutive games and has 11 points in 14 appearances (13 starts) this season.

DC United (5-5-7) took a 1-0 lead in the 41st minute when Kobe Franklin netted a corner kick taken by Keisuke Kurokawa and scored an own goal.

Theo Corbeanu scored his first goal of the season in the 76th minute to make it 1-1. Jonathan Osorio’s shot was deflected by Sean Johnson, but Corbeanu tapped in Johnson’s volley.
