Police said the body was discovered around 11am on Saturday at a property in Shosh Kloof, Cape Town, but did not provide further details.
Adams’ father, Juanito Adams, told South African television news station eNCA on Sunday that the family was awaiting autopsy results and had not yet made funeral plans.
“As you all know, it was an untimely death. The family is having a hard time processing this death,” Juanito Adams said. “It’s not going to be easy to keep going. People say it gets easier, but it doesn’t. You just have to learn to accept it and live with it.”
