Isabelle, a 22-year-old model and former soccer player, has been part of Haaland’s journey since before he achieved worldwide fame. Their connection began in the small Norwegian town of Bryn, where they both grew up and represented local club Bryn FK.
Haaland joined the club at an early age before starting his professional career, while Isabelle has also cultivated her own soccer career, playing as a forward in the Bryn girls’ team from the age of 13.
Although the two knew each other in their youth, it was only later in life that their relationship blossomed. Isabelle reportedly first got in touch with Haaland when he was playing in Germany for Borussia Dortmund around 2021.
Stryker once joked that it was her who messaged him and expressed interest, not the other way around.

“This might be a little embarrassing for her, but she likes to play video games,” Ms. Haaland said.
“So we play Minecraft together, we sit around and play games, we build houses together, things like that.
“Or go back to Brine’s house and order a kebab.”
Harland and Isabelle gave birth to their first child, a son, in December 2024. Although the baby’s birth was publicly confirmed, Haaland and Isabelle chose to keep their child’s name and face private.
