MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal have arrived for their final group stage game against Colombia. world cupwe know that a spot in the round of 32 is secured.

Despite temperatures near 100 degrees (38 degrees Celsius) in Miami on Saturday afternoon, Ronaldo, wearing a light jacket, gave a thumbs up to several people in T-shirts and shorts lining the road between the team bus and the players’ stadium entrance.

Portugal will win Group K if they defeat Colombia. Otherwise, Colombia will win the group. As expected, Ronaldo started this match.

Ronaldo scored two goals in this year’s World Cup appearance on Saturday, taking his tally to 10 goals in six World Cup appearances. He is the only player to score in six different Men’s World Cup events.

If Portugal wins on Saturday, it will be on the same side as Lionel Messi and Argentina in the Round of 32 draw, raising the possibility that both players will meet in the World Cup quarter-finals on July 11.
