BOURNEMOUTH, England (AP) — Arsenal’s 22-year wait for a Premier League title could come to an end.

If second-placed Manchester City fail to beat Bournemouth away on Tuesday night, Arsenal will become English champions for the first time since 2004, when the Invincibles went unbeaten under manager Arsene Wenger.

Arsenal is 1-0 win over Burnley With a five-point lead over City on Monday, a draw will not be enough for Josep Guardiola’s side heading into Sunday’s final match.

Bournemouth had a club-record 16-game unbeaten run up until January 3, and had 10 days to prepare for the game. Meanwhile, City played the FA Cup final on Saturday. 1-0 victory over Chelsea.

Arsenal has so far League runner-up past 3 seasons. Mikel Arteta’s team also champions league finalTherefore, Arsenal could have their best season ever.

The relegation battle could be fought as early as Tuesday.

If Tottenham beat Chelsea, third-last West Ham will fall into the second division of the championship. A draw for Spurs would not mathematically mean West Ham would be relegated, but Tottenham would be three points clear and have the advantage on goal difference (it would be the first tie-break if the teams were level on points). They will advance to the final round.

West Ham have been top of the table since 2012.
