FIFA has announced that the first match will be played in the final on July 19th at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. super bowl style concert.
The governing body announced that the show will support the FIFA Global Citizenship Education Fund, which is raising $100 million to support children’s education and access to football.

“Every child should have the opportunity to dream, and together we can help make that possible,” he posted on Instagram.
The show will be curated by Coldplay’s Chris Martin.
The Super Bowl is famous for its halftime show, featuring spectacular performances from some of the world’s biggest stars. This year, Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny was featured.
Previous headliners have included Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Prince, Bruce Springsteen and Rihanna.
However, halftime shows are less common in soccer, with pre-match concerts held at events such as the Champions League final. This year, the Killers will headline Europe’s biggest club game in Budapest, between Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.

FIFA describes the halftime show as “a unique moment at the intersection of sport, culture and purpose, which will be broadcast live around the world”.
This year’s World Cup will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico and will be held from June to July.
