Erling Haaland celebrated Manchester City’s victory over Arsenal by posting a photo of himself naked on Instagram. The Norwegian striker, who shaved his armpits like many footballers, showed the world his muscles and the scars from his fight with Gabriel against the Gunners – scars, scratches and cuts from his neck to his lower back.
“That’s the Premier League now, you have to fight everywhere,” declared the City striker.

“You won’t eat this, but I will take care of my body.”
Using photos of Haaland stripping off his torso, the British press recreated Erling’s famous 6,000-calorie-a-day diet to keep his body in shape and perform at his best.
Erling Haaland detailed his 6,000-calorie-a-day diet in the documentary Haaland: The Big Decision, far more than the typical 6,000-calorie-a-day diet that includes kebabs.
“You don’t eat this, but I take care of my body. I think the most important thing is to eat as much local, quality food as possible. They say meat is bad, but which one? The meat you buy at McDonald’s? Or the local cows that eat the grass there? I eat heart and liver,” he said.
He reveals on his YouTube channel that his shopping list always includes a giant steak, raw honey, and milk (which he calls his “magic pill”).
The Norwegian recommends early morning walks in the sun and enjoys tasting freshly baked sourdough bread every morning.
Haaland eats coffee with maple syrup for breakfast, along with sourdough bread and eggs. One of his typical meals is fried rice with sea bass, asparagus, and eggs.
The City striker is seen in the documentary cooking a large tomahawk steak on the barbecue for dinner.
