MILAN (AP) — AC Milan Loan signing completed West Ham forward Niklas Furkrug made the comments on Friday, the first day of the Italian winter transfer window.
Milan reportedly have an option to sign the 32-year-old Germany international for 5 million euros (approximately 600 million yen) at the end of the season.
Furkrug has already started training with his new team-mates after passing a medical at the end of last year and could make his debut soon, with Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri confirming he will be on the bench for Friday’s Serie A match against Cagliari.
Fürkrug played for a number of clubs in Germany and joined West Ham from Borussia Dortmund in 2024.
However, he failed to make an impact in the Premier League, scoring just three goals in his injury-plagued first season, and none this season. He hasn’t been able to find the back of the net since April.
