Mexico City (AP) – Former Manchester United Forward Anthony Marshall The club took part in Monterrey in Mexico’s Top Tier League, announced on Friday.
Marshall, 29, who played nine seasons with the Red Devils, arrives in Monterrey after playing one season with Aek Athens. The Mexican team announced that they have signed a two-year contract with a three-year option.
In Monterrey, Marshall joins the Spanish international and former Real Madrid player Sergio Ramos And Sergio Canales.
The French player began his career in Lyon and transferred to Monaco before joining Manchester United in the 2015-16 season.
Martial played 317 games and scored 90 goals for the Red Devils, winning the Europa League (2016-17), the FA Cup (2015-2016 and 2023-24), the EFL Cup (2016-2017 and 2022-23) and the FA Community Shield (2016).
Martial played 31 matches against his final team in 2021, the French national team.
