PARIS (AP) – Paris Saint-Germain has been hit by a double injury ahead of the Champions League start from Osmane Dembele, both of which have been ruled out for several weeks.
Dembele will be on the sidelines for up to 6 weeks Hamstring injuryPSG said on Saturday.
Doue was out for about four weeks due to calf tension, and the Champions League winner confirmed.
Dembele lacked the field in France’s World Cup qualifying match against Ukraine on Friday. Doo was also injured in the game.
PSG said Dembele was “severely injured in his right hamstring.” Doo tensed the calf on his right.
The injury comes less than two weeks after PSG began defending the Champions League title against Atalanta on September 17th.
The French champion will go to Dembele’s former club Barcelona two weeks later, on October 1st.
