Fort LOUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — Luis Suarez scored and assisted twice, and Intermiami beat Pumas 3-1 on Wednesday night to advance in the League Cup.

Suarez moved ahead 2-1 over Intermiami when he changed his penalty kick on the 59th after the handball was called to Pumas defender Jose Caseco in the penalty area.
It was Suarez’s first goal since scoring in a match against Palmeiras in Intermiami’s Club World Cup on June 23rd.
Tadeo Allende completed Suárez’s second assist on the 69th.
