tRent Alexander Arnold is already part of Liverpool’s history. The Reds officially left Anfield with a fullback decision that was desired by Real Madrid and whose contract was in effect.

“Trent Alexander Arnold has informed Liverpool FC of his intention to leave the club this summer at the expiration of his current contract,” Liverpool announced on his “X” account.

Alexander Arnold himself quickly conveyed it through his social networks. “It’s time to confirm that I’m leaving at the end of the season after 20 years at Liverpool Football Club, and this is definitely the most difficult decision of my life.

“I know a lot of people wonder if they haven’t talked about this yet or are frustrated, but it’s always my intention to focus on what’s best for the team.

“This club is my life, my world, 20 years. The support and love I felt from the academy and from now on, both inside and outside the club will be with me forever,” he said.

“I will borrow them forever, but I knew nothing else, and this decision involves experiencing new challenges, getting out of my comfort zone and pushing myself professionally and personally.

“From the bottom of my heart, my coach, my representatives, my teammates, my staff and our incredible fans, I am grateful for everything for the past 20 years. I have been fortunate to live my dreams here.
