Trent Alexander Arnold and Liverpool announced Monday that the English fullbacks will not continue their team after their contract expired at the end of the season. Confirmation makes it clear that he will join Real Madrid, whom he has been hoping for since January.

“My other favorite team is Barca… I think Barca has the same value as Liverpool. They brought many players through the youth system. I grew up watching them and Messi and their special Barca grew up watching Iniesta, Zabi, Henry and Etoo.

Alexander Arnold is looking for new challenges in his career

After confirming his departure from Anfield via social media, Alexander Arnold did not mention his next destination, but it is expected that his letter of freedom will complete negotiations with Madrid.

“This is definitely the most difficult decision I’ve ever made in my life. I know that many people are frustrated about why they’ve never talked about it before, but my intention has always been to win the Premier League. It was to win the Premier League. Forever.

In an interview with the club’s media, The Right-Back explained that he is considering the possibility of staying, but his desire to seek new challenges, both personally and professionally, won.

“It’s not that we’re not going to compete for the title because we know that the coach is the winner, we can see that this season, so it’s not that I wasn’t confident about it, but I felt that there was a need for change.
