Bruce has recently seen Red, sending out in three of the last four games, with Spanish international Mark Kukulera warning his teammate that things must change

Mark Kukulera warns that unless Chelsea resolves the disciplinary issue, they will “suffer.” Chelsea had three red cards in the final four games. Joan Pedro was ordered to march in Benfica’s Champions League victory, with Robert Sanchez and Trevo Charova being sent out in the Premier League.

Bruce will need to deal with the defensive crisis against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Saturday as Chalova is stopped over injuries to Wesley Fofana, Tosin Adarabioyo and Levi Colwill. It admitted that Chelsea cannot keep on stepping on the red card, and as Kukulera takes great care of them.

Cucurella says they need to learn to deal with set times more, so they need to “improve” and learn about competitive lessons this season. Chelsea were 1-0 when Charova was sent against Brighton and the Blues lost 3-1.

Spanish defender Kuklera said: “It’s difficult because there are some challenges. Yes, things need to be improved. Playing with 10 men is difficult. It’s difficult, but it’s not an excuse.

“We need to learn that 10 men can suffer. In the final game with Brighton, we played the final 40 minutes with 10 men and they lost the game.

“It’s true that you need to recognize simple goals and not acknowledge simple goals. You need to continue to improve. There are a lot of quality and talent. You need to learn, and every game is a good opportunity to improve things.”

Cucurella is a defender known for playing for Edge himself, as he is always completely dedicated, but says the whole team must help younger players adapt to the challenges.

He said: “I try to do my best to help the team. I give a lot of strength to help the team and I think that’s one of my qualities. I want to continue in this good way. I think it’s difficult to fulfill a lot of responsibility for a big club.

“I try to gain experience with my team and help young young people. When I arrived here, I struggled in tough moments, but it got better.

It was a patchy start to Chelsea’s Premier League season after their tough summer when they won the Club World Cup. They put Brighton’s defeat behind them by defeating Benfica in the Champions League.

They also beat Liverpool at the end of the tail last season, and Kukulera has proven that Chelsea can compete for the best competition of the season.

He added: “Last season, Liverpool won the league last season. They deserved it. They started really strong this season. The last game against Liverpool, they won the first game, but they won here.

“We’re ready to play this kind of game and compete in three points at home. The final result at home was tough, but it’s a good opportunity to score three points before an international break.

“I think we’re getting stronger this season. We know the ideas from our managers. We’ve been working on it for a long time. We need to add new players and learn to play with each other.

“It’s not an excuse because we have quality and talent. It’s a long journey and we’re just the first to start, so we need to keep going and a good opportunity to fight for three points every week.
