Chelsea have completed the signature of Strasbourg’s Emmanuel Emega, but the Dutch will play the season in France.
Chelsea’s latest signing Emmanuel Emega wins the season at Strasbourg. But being at the end of a boo from his own supporters on Sunday would be hard to take as fans revealed their feelings at his impending exit.
The 22-year-old signed a deal with the Blues last week, and he will join from the French side, which shares the same owner with Chelsea. Emega ends his campaign in France, but faces a major backlash from those who have recited his name with love.
Emega’s decision to pursue a new challenge from next season has not gone well with the Strasbourg followers as they jeered the forwards and demanded that the captain be taken from him.

Emega wasn’t even playing due to injuries, but when I tried out this month’s Player Awards, I was booed loudly.
It led to an angry response from his manager, former Hal boss Liam Rosenia.
He told the club’s media team:
“My players are much more valuable. They have impeccable attitudes and are not worthy of this treatment. This is a vital season when we play in the European Cup, but the minority seems to be unhappy with our performance.
“I’m very proud of the player so I won’t change anything. I need to emphasize that as long as he’s here, Emmanuel Emega will remain captain.
Chelsea dodged the competition between Premier League rivals Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest, securing Emega’s signature. Final semester. He scored 14 times on top flights in France and has already found the net this season.
The blues and French outfits are involved in many deals together as they have the same people who lead the club.
