Tottenham Player Rating vs West Ham: 3 8/10 Stars Inspiration London Derby Thrashing | Football | Sports

Thomas Frank’s Tottenham Hotspur side took a big blow to Graham Potter’s West Ham United with a 3-0 victory at London Stadium. It goes back to winning ways following Bournemouth’s defeat, a positive start to life in the post-Daniel Levy era for the winner of the Europa League.

Tottenham thought Christian Romero had taken the lead midway through the first half when he got home from a corner kick. However, the judges had a different view of things. The goal is because he was choked for a foul from Mickey Van de Ben in the buildup.

The Spurs eventually took the lead early in the second season, winning Papmatalusal net from another set piece, and following the red card to Thomas Soucek, Floodgate opened. Lucas Bergvall scored next, and Van de Ven compensated for his involvement in an unauthorized goal to make it three. It will enable players’ evaluations from the London Derby.

Guglielmo Vicario -6

You might have brought a deck chair for 90 minutes. He was only actually caught up in action at one right opportunity, and yet Guglielmo Vicario didn’t have to break his course with his save.

Pedro Polo-7

Hardworking up and down on the right side, and West Ham attackers didn’t have too many issues. Pedro Polo is unlikely to have as much comfort as this season.

Christian Romero-8

Many Spurs fans may have expected Romero to leave the club in the summer window, but Argentina stays with the club and is grateful for that. He is a classy operator and is key to Tottenham’s success this season.

Mickey Van de Ben-8

In fact, he wasn’t too wrong in accumulating unauthorized goals, but that wasn’t taken away from great performances. Van des Ben is elegant in defense and is pretty much just as important to the Spurs’ forward play.

DJed Spence -7

After a monumental week, he kept himself cool on a personal level. The DJED Spence Redemption tour continues and while he may not be a natural left-back, England International looks like he’s playing all his career.

Joao Palhinha -7

Last season was a welcome addition to Spurs midfield, which has been so many times overruns. Perhaps his involvement isn’t that important if the Spurs are chasing games like Bournemouth, but even so, Joanne Pargigna is taking him well into Frank’s system.

Lucas Bergval-8

You can see it in the afternoon when it felt like Bergval appeared on every grass blade at London Stadium. He made his 50th appearance for the Spurs with a natural goal, but did he not take that well?

Pape Matar Sarr -7

Enjoyed a high-scoring week on international missions and picked up where he left off for the Spurs. Certainly, the volatile efforts from West Ham’s defenders allowed him to make the ghost easy in the back post and nod the simplest header.

Xavi Simons -7

He occasionally missed the pace in the first half, but that is what we would expect in his first start in the new league. Xavi Simons should show some bright sparks as the match progresses, and prove the Capital Club’s strong signature. You can also put in the evil ball for Saar Opener to prove the threat from the set pieces this season.

Mohamed Kudus-7

I booed every time he touched the ball, but that didn’t stop Mohammed Kudus from dazzling every time he reached the ball. He showed exactly why he was respected by West Ham followers (and why were they so disappointed to see him leave for their rivals).

MATHYS TEL -6

He had an unthanknowing job of leading the line himself and was sometimes missing during games. That being said, Mathys Tel was happy to do dirty work at the tip of Tottenham’s offense, and perhaps wanted better service from his teammates.

Alternatives:

Brennan Johnson-6

He missed the sitter from six yards, but his blush squealed with the slow offside flag.

Richarrison-6

It looked more comfortable than the phone when leading the line.

Kevin Danso -N/A.

Destiny Udogie -n/a
