Liverpool and Newcastle have reached an agreement on the transfer of Alexander Isaac to the Premier League champions, but both clubs highlight another final transfer fee for the largest deal in Premier League history.

Alexander Isaac has finally joined Liverpool from Newcastle United. By that point, the PR battle was already going well.
The Swedish hitman was at the heart of the biggest transfer saga of the summer. The Reds were keen on Swedish international throughout the summer, but their first £110 million bid was rejected in the beginning of August. Isaac is on a strike and publicly accused Newcastle of breaking his transfer promise. Last week, a summit meeting was held for Isaac, his representative, Toon co-owner Jamie Reuben, and Saudi Arabia members (Newcastle principal), and players reiterated his attitude that he has no intention of playing for the club again.
Newcastle claimed that Isaac would not be selling at any price this summer. The meeting revealed that reintegration simply did not occur, and sales were the only option. Newcastle officially pushed Nick Ultemed’s £70 million signature from Stuttgart on Saturday, and now Isaac is finally heading his path.
