Eric Ten Hug was completely humiliated by the staff at Leverkusen before “unprecedented” looting

Erik Ten Hag was in charge for Manchester United for over two years, but only lasted two league games at Bayer Leverkusen after straining the hierarchy regarding signatures and club direction.

Erik Ten Hag was reportedly called one of Leverkusen’s worst managers in the last 20 years.

Eric Ten Hug was humiliated by the staff at Bayer Leberkusen. He claimed he was one of the worst managers in the last 20 years before the shocking sack by the Bundesliga club.

The former Manchester United coach was only given three games to take charge of Leverkusen before deciding to swing the x.

Amidst tensions over the signature and club direction, there have been reports of 10 HAGs dropping out in the hierarchy, with sports director Simon Rolfs admitting that the chief could no longer see the relationship work.

Ten Hag took over from Xabi Alonso, who had succeeded this summer following his departure for Real Madrid, but with a difficult start before the season, many major players were sold, including Florian Wirtz, Jonathan Tah, Jeremie Frimpong, Piero Hincapie and Granit Xhaka.

The Dutch also accused the players of ineligible despite hosting the entire preseason, impoverishing their first two Bundesliga games. He lost the first 2-1 to Hoffenheim at home, drawing a second 3-3 against 10 Vader Bremens despite having a two-goal lead.

A report from Bild claims that a long-time member of staff laughed 10 Hag by discussing him among the worst managers in the club’s history. The former Ajax boss added that he was “top rankings for the overall package.”

This is malicious towards the 10 hugs around the club, and the report says it can be argued that Leverkusen could be argued that it was “probably too long” to fire him. The signs to speak to Ten Hag say they were there early on. The coaches “didn’t let the team know their ideas” and “no one knew what to do” – even if they were 3-1 with Werder Bremen.

His relationships with staff and players were “twitching,” adding that “he couldn’t connect with anyone.” It was also surprising when Ten Hag decided not to give a speech ahead of the season’s opening game against Hoffenheim.

There were also clear indications of tension over the transfer after 10 HAGs criticized the club for selling so many important players and said Xhaka would not allow them to be sold to Sunderland. The Swiss star ultimately got his move as Leberkusen ignored his protest. Leverkusen then signed Real Madrid’s Lucas Vazquez without consulting with 10 hugs who greeted the players after the contract was already signed.

Rolfes admitted that hiring Ten Hag was a mistake, but said that taking charge of him was even worse.

“From the impression we had from the preseason, from the first game, we felt we had to do it now,” said the former Leverkusen midfielder. “You can make a bad decision, but if you believe that you have reached a point that won’t work in the future, it’s even greater mistake to keep it going.”

Ten Hag previously hit his “unprecedented” looting, saying in a statement: “The new coach deserves the space to implement his vision, set standards, shape his squad and leave marks in his style of play.

“The decision by Bayer Lebaxen management to take leave this morning was a complete surprise. Saying goodbye to the coach after just two league matches is unprecedented.”
