Liverpool agrees to a £155 million Alexander Isaac record transfer as Newcastle performs U-turns | Football | Sports

Liverpool has agreed to a British record transfer of £125 million to sign Alexander Isaac from Newcastle on the deadline. The Magpie made a huge U-turn and eventually allowed Isaac to hope to leave as the Premier League champion. Swedish International, which refused to participate in the preseason and has not yet played this season, is set off in three years at Tyneside, where medical care is scheduled for this morning in Merseyside. He signs a six-year contract to join the Reds.

Liverpool finally filed a new bid a month after the initial £110 million offer was rejected. ISAK’s £125 million fee is a fixed amount, and ISAK is expected to sign a six-year deal with the Reds and fulfill his desire to join the Premier League champions. Record-breaking sales are £25 million less than Newcastle’s original asking price of £150 million. However, Newcastle had to secure replacements because ISAK refused to play, so trading was important to protect PSR issues.

Last month, Isak issued a statement saying: “I stayed quiet for a long time while others were talking, and that silence allowed people to push their own version of the event, even though they knew it wasn’t actually said in a closed room and that it didn’t reflect what they had agreed to.

“The reality is that promises have been made and the club has known my position for a long time. Now it’s misleading to act like these issues are emerging.

“When a promise is broken and trust is lost, the relationship cannot last. That’s where things are for me now.

When asked about Liverpool’s actions that could lead to Isaac’s move to Anfield, Howe said earlier this month:

“It’s not personal, it’s a professional. It’s about Alex and our football team and our football club. What other football clubs do is irrelevant to me.”

Howe also suggested that if a particular transfer were realized, it would have an impact on the issue at St. James Park. I’ll explain it on Friday.

“So I think PSR continues to affect everything we do, but if we’re in that position again, we don’t want to chase a big deficit because it will have a big negative outcome.”

However, Isaac’s situation still had a PIF. PIF ultimately decided to proceed with the sale, but Howe focused on his squad members at his freedom. Hau said: “I don’t think you can get emotionally involved. If you’re emotionally involved, you’re trying to make a bad decision. Alex left the team first, so I had to separate myself from it.

“I thought the team needed me to be the best of me and to focus entirely on them. This situation wasn’t resolved anytime soon and I had no control over bringing about a solution.
