Alexander Isaac is seeking a move to Liverpool and the Newcastle striker was able to talk about the situation next week after he was called to the Swedish squad.
Alexander Isaac may be giving his side of the story about his attempts to refusing to play for Newcastle and enforce through his move to Liverpool. Isak wants to join Reds and hopes that he can finalize the transaction before the transfer window closes.
The 25-year-old released a statement last week claiming he broke his silence in the Saga and broke the promise Newcastle had made to him. “I kept quiet for a long time while others were talking,” he said.
“That silence allowed people to push events at the event, even though they knew that they didn’t really reflect what they were told, but they knew they had agreed to it behind a closed room. The reality is that promises were made and the club has known my position for a long time.
“Now, behaving as if these issues are emerging is misleading. If the promises are broken and trust is lost, the relationship cannot last.
The statement was the only public comment about Isaac’s situation, but he may make more statements next week.

ISAK has been named as Swedish teams in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Slovenia and Kosovo, and the Newcastle Chronicle reports that “popcorn content” has been “requested to perform a press mission” by the “Swedish FA.”
ISAK, along with Swedish sources, is said to have “complied with all Swedish FA requirements.”
It comes after Swedish boss John Dahl Thomason speaks to the situation and insists that “no one knows the big picture.” Thomason said:
“He’s a game changer. I’ve told him a few times, mentally he’s strong. Of course he said he’ll stay between us. Can he play 90 minutes? Of course not.
“The situation he is in is not perfect and he is not training with the team. But he is a player who can decide the game and he wants to be part of our team. The World Cup is important to Alexander Isaac.”
