Most FPL advice plays safely. This will not copy free hit drafts or push obvious picks. This column is not about that. Every week, we unearth three differentials that allow you to change rank with one hit.
There is no safe choice. There is no copy paste advice. Only low-owned players who can explode.
One note: With the first international break coming after this weekend, perseverance may be a wise call. The transfer window closes and the form becomes a little clearer. If you don’t forward the transfer this week, don’t say we didn’t warn you…
The deadline for GameWeek 3 is 11:00 BST on Saturday, August 30th. This is the latest trio of left field punts.
1. Guglielmo Vicario, £5.0m (goalkeeper, Tottenham, 6.3%)
Tottenham’s defense was in the circus last season, but Thomas Frank brought order.

2. Jorgenstrandlersen, £6.5 million (forward, wolf, 4.2%)
Yes, he’s blank in the league. Yes, the wolves have not scored yet. Yes, a swirling rumour forward. However, this is a differential sequence.
Strandlersen attacked twice from the Carabao Cup bench mid-week and is set to return to his first XI with Everton this weekend. The Strand Larsen is a very attractive cut price option as Leeds (GW5) is also on the horizon. Especially for managers who stuck with West Ham fighters Jarrod Bowen (£7.9 million) and Nicklas Fulkrug (£59 million).
3. William Osla, £5.5 million (Newcastle, 0.2%)
Newcastle may quickly immerse in the market, but in the short term he is a decent cry to boost your rank, and your mini-league rivals are not on their radar. Next comes the newly promoted Leeds, and Osla is a cheeky gamble that pays off from his five-goal shoes at Arsenal.
