Arsenal is a big spender during the summer transfer period, and after completing a £67.5 million dip to bring in Ebeki Eze on Saturday, they now agreed to another deal.
Arsenal is poised to sign 16-year-old genius Victor Ozianfuna of Shamrock Rovers in a deal that will make the midfielder the most expensive League of Ireland player ever.
Gunner has broken the £260 million barrier in spending after sealing Crystal Palace’s Ebekieze’s £67.5 million deal over the weekend as Gunner continues to attack the transfer market before the deadline next week. The English stars follow Martin Zubimendi, Kepa Alizabaraga, Christian Norgado, Noni Madueke, Victor Gyoker and Christian Mosquera.
Mikel Arteta suggested that it wasn’t necessarily in the transfer market after Arsenal returned to the table for Eze over the weekend.
And now it’s revealed that Arsenal is nearing closing a deal with one of Ireland’s top young talents at Oziambuna.

Ireland reports claim that talented teenagers will travel for a fee of 2 million euros (£1.73 million). This is the amount that will make him the biggest transfer for Ireland, surpassing the £1.6 million Tottenham paid to Mason Melia earlier this year.
Ozianbuna will sign a pre-contract agreement with Arsenal before officially linking in January 2027 when she turns 18.
The impending capture of Arsenal’s Ojian Buna comes days after 15-year-old Max Dowman turned his eyes to his Premier League debut with a stunning cameo display at Leeds 5-0 on Saturday evening, and days after he announced he had scored a penalty.
“This is something we see every day in training. Arteta talks about Douman after the match. “Here we have a child who hesitates. I’m sure he can come in and tell him that at age 15. And for us, it brings joy and it brings the emotions and something else that makes our work so great.”
