Liverpool will continue their summer work and complete yet another transfer to increase funds as they could return to another Alexander Isaac bid before the summer closes

Ben Doak is expected to complete a £25 million transfer from Liverpool to Bournemouth. After the club reached an agreement this weekend, only the procedures remain. Scotland International didn’t appear in the team’s Premier League season opening after a debate breakthrough, but now there’s most of the deal.

The 19-year-old Doak spent last season on loan at Middlesbrough, recording three goals and seven assists in impressive stints before the injury cut the 2024/25 campaign. Liverpool paid £600,000 to sign talented prospects from Celtic in 2022, and in January the towns of Crystal Palace and Ipswich were interested in his signature.

Liverpool was expected to bring him closer to the £30 million mark at that time, with future bids expected to be close to £15 million. Now, on a Liverpool Echo, the Reds boss has agreed to a deal worth £25 million with Cherry after identifying Doak as the ideal candidate to replace new Brentford star Dango Orattara Andoni Iraora.

Bournemouth stopped competing with Porto and Stuttgart and proceeded with the deal. The South Coast side was previously reported to be eager to reduce the fees needed to land the younger stars.

It appears that Liverpool has achieved the fees they wanted to break up to continue their important summer business. The Anfield side spends a lot of fees on things like Florian Wiltz, but the club will raise £225 million following the Door Ag exit.

The former cell young man kicks out the doors of Jarrell Quanza, Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunes and others. And such businesses are being prepared to return to Alexander Isaac if encouraged by magpies.

Isaac was absent in the opening match of Newcastle’s season against Aston Villa and was not trained with the first team in his position with the club at the exit. Eddie Howe’s team missed the cutting edge of Sweden as they failed to capitalize as they had 10 hosts in the second half.

Liverpool was rejected earlier this month from ISAK’s £110m offer, with the forward allegedly hinting that he won’t play for Newcastle again. Hau shows that despite the conflict he remains open to the return of the striker.

Fans vented feelings towards Isaac following a draw at Villa Park and criticised his stance.

“Nothing has changed – but the door is fine and really open (for Isaac),” Howe said. “But he has to decide what he wants to do. We want a resolution. When I say I’m talking about myself and the ownership, the players we have, we need that clarity.

“This season, Premier League seasons are hard enough, and you don’t need any distractions to shake up your thoughts.
