Italy’s No. 1 has linked its moves to Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea this summer, confirming it will leave PSG.
Giantluigi Donnaruma announced he was leaving Paris Saint-Germain as the Italian goalkeeper targeted boss Luis Enrique.
Donnarumma – European champion in Italy in 2021 and Champions League winner at PSG in May – has been involved in contractual disputes with French clubs over the past seasons, with PSG trying to sell him to the Premier League as PSG only has a year left.
Chelsea and both Manchester clubs have linked the 26-year-old’s move, and on Tuesday night he announced he would leave the French capital in a fiery statement on Instagram.
“From the first day I arrived, I gave everything on and off the pitch to get my place and to defend Paris Saint-Germain’s goals.

“Unfortunately, someone decided that I am no longer part of the group and could contribute to the success of the team.
“I’m disappointed and disappointed. I hope to see the Park de Princess fans in my eyes again and have the opportunity to say goodbye that I have to do it.
“If that doesn’t happen, I want you to know that your support and love means the world to me. I will never forget that. I will always carry with me all the emotions that made me feel like I’m home, all the magical nights and your memories of you.
“My teammates – my second family – thank you for all the fights, every laughs, every moment we shared. You will always be my brother. Playing for this club and living in this city has been a great honor. Thank you, Paris.”
Previously, Enrique had confirmed that he had driven Donnaruma out of his team due to a European Super Cup clash with Udeen in the European Super Cup on Wednesday night.
“Donnarumma is outside the team as it is my own decision. I am 100% responsible,” Enrique said. “I made this decision because I want a different kind of goalkeeper. Gigio is one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
“The lives of top footballers, and the same applies to our coaches. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I’m fully responsible for it. On the other hand, anyone can make it if these choices were easy.”
