England and Nike have launched a limited edition shirt collection inspired by American sports. As the Three Lions progress their World Cup campaign stateside, supporters can get their hands on a distinctive soccer and baseball crossover in the form of the England x MLB Nike Limited jersey.
The official collaboration between England and MLB takes cues from classic baseball jerseys, with a red base complemented by the England crest on the left chest and the embroidered “ENG” wordmark on the sleeve alongside Nike’s iconic Swoosh.
Launching at the same time is the England x NFL Nike Game Road Jersey, a reimagining of what the national team would wear on the American football field. Also built around a red base, the jersey features mesh side panels and the ‘England 26’ wordmark on both the front and back, while the Three Lions crest is embroidered on each sleeve.
The England x MLB and England x NFL jerseys are priced at £120 and £105 respectively and are available from retailers including Kitbag, Fanatics and England Official Store. Savvy shoppers can also save up to £17 off the price of either shirt by signing up for a free account with TopCashback.
New members will receive a £15 welcome bonus and cashback on kitbag purchases, effectively bringing the price of an MLB jersey to £103 after cashback. The move comes as Thomas Tuchel’s side prepare for their final group game against Panama in New Jersey on Saturday (July 27). Heading into this matchup, England’s place in the knockout stages is virtually certain, and just one point will seal their place in the round of 32.
