Louis Diaz completed a £65.5 million move from Liverpool to Bayern Munich earlier this week, with Mohamed Sarah breaking the silence following the exit of his former teammate.
Mohamed Sarah assured Louis Diaz that he would be “unforgettable” in Liverpool following the big bucks move to Bayern Munich. Columbia’s Wideman knocked down the curtains last week with a three-and-a-half-year spell that glowed at Anfield.
Bayern Munich paid £65.5 million for Diaz’s services last season after the Reds helped the Reds into the Premier League crown. He scored 17 goals in his final season at Merseyside, and his star shape, along with Sarah and Co’s star shape, was a major factor in Liverpool’s title victory.
Now that Dias has officially become a Bayern player, Sarah has written an emotional farewell message to his former teammate. Sharing many images of the pair, the Egyptian frontman wrote:
“We were so lucky to be in Liverpool. We were honored to share some of your journey and success stories. As a teammate, you were more than you could trust – you were inspiring.
“As friends, even more so, we all saw the strength we needed to continue our tough times off the pitch.

“That kind of resilience wins nothing but respect, set an example for others.
Sara concluded her message with “Shiga Hashiend Orgrosa a Smente,” translated it as “I’m proud of your people” along with the emojis on the Colombian flag.
Diaz actually mentioned one of his Liverpool teammates at his Bayern Munich press conference, but that wasn’t Sarah. He claimed he signed Florian Wiltz for the Summer to give him advice before completing his move into the Bundesliga.

Diaz said: “I know what kind of football is being played here. Florian told me the Bundesliga is high intensity comparable to the Premier League. The stadium is always full. Florian wanted a lot of luck from me.”
Diaz may not be just her former teammate who may have to say goodbye Sarah’s favorite farewell this summer. Jarell Quansah, Caoimhin Kelleher and Trent Alexander-Arnold have all set off over the past few months.
However, sales may not stop there. Federico Chiesa, Harvey Elliott and Darwin Nunez are all linked to the exit. Liverpool is expected to use the funds generated from each move to fund a dive for Newcastle star Alexander Isaac.
