The battle for the final play-off places is even more intense, with Wrexham tied on points with Hull City and Derby County, with just one point ahead of them on goal difference.
Everything is tied together on the other side of the table. Sheffield Wednesday have a chance to end the season with zero points if they win on the final day, while Leicester City and Oxford United’s League One fates are already sealed.
