Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior were at the center of drama as tensions escalated late in the Champions League match between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in Germany.
Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior appeared to clash late in Real Madrid’s Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich, which resulted in Alvaro Arbeloa’s side being eliminated at the quarter-final stage. The match at the Allianz Arena was intense and Eduardo Camavinga was sent off with the scores tied at 4-4 on aggregate.
The France international was sent off in the 86th minute after receiving a second yellow card for taking a free-kick late, before Bayern scored twice to avoid extra time. Cameras captured a heated exchange between Bellingham and Vinicius, with the Brazilian appearing to tell the England international to “shut up”.
This incident occurred after Vinicius picked up the ball and ran towards goal, with Bellingham sprinting into the box and demanding a pass. Bellingham was visibly frustrated after his heavy touch forced Dayot Upamecano to block his pass.

Vinicius was caught on camera angrily responding to Bellingham, telling him: “What do you want? What do you want? Shut up.” And he yelled “fuck you” in Portuguese.
At full-time, several Madrid players made their feelings clear towards Slovenian referee Slavko Vincic, who was surrounded and verbally abused. Antonio Rudiger and Vinicius were the most vocal in leading the protests, denouncing the authorities, while Alda Güler was sent off for his dissent.
Even Dani Carvajal, who was named as an unused substitute, was reportedly caught shouting “It’s your fault” at Vincic. Bellingham then spoke up in the mixed zone and described the red card as a “joke”.

Madrid coach Arbeloa also criticized the referee, saying he “ruined the game.”
“Obviously you can’t send off a player for something like that,” he told reporters. “The referee didn’t even know he had a card, so it ruined what was a very exciting and competitive match, a real fight, and that’s how it ended.
“I think it all ended with a red card. It’s really unbelievable to send a player off for something like this. You can’t get sent off for something like that in a game like that.”
“We’re really upset, angry and disappointed. We think all of this is a little unfair.”
