Match details: Liverpool face a difficult task in this quarter-final second leg, trailing 2-0 on aggregate. After a dominant performance by PSG in the first leg, the Reds must overturn a two-goal deficit against the reigning European champions to progress to the semi-finals.
Champions League rules: The away goals rule no longer applies. If the total score is tied after 90 minutes, the match will go to extra time, followed by a penalty shootout. In addition, players who receive two yellow cards risk being suspended for the first leg of the semi-finals, but all spots will be removed after the quarter-finals.
Form: Liverpool go into the game with a morale boost and a 2-0 win over Fulham, taking pressure off manager Arne Slott. Meanwhile, holders PSG arrive well-rested and able to focus on their Champions League exploits after the weekend’s league fixtures were postponed.
