England manager Thomas Tuchel has named a 35-man squad for matches against Uruguay and Japan in March, but the Three Lions have already included Manchester United stars.
Manchester United star Aiden Haven has been invited to train with the England first team ahead of the Three Lions’ match against Uruguay. Thomas Tuchel’s side will welcome the South American team to Wembley on Friday night for a friendly.
Germany’s head coach has named a 35-man squad for the international break, but many star players will only join from the second week. Meanwhile, United defender Haven has been called up to train with the first team to make up his numbers, according to Sky Sports.
The former Arsenal star has already earned a place in the England Under-20 squad during the international break and is expected to return to the squad for the next games against Spain and Croatia.
Haven has earned two caps for the Under-20s and has made 21 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils since joining from Arsenal.

The young centre-back will come up against a number of familiar faces as he trains with England. United stars Harry Maguire and Kobie Mainoo have both earned recalls in Tuchel’s latest squad.
Explaining their respective returns, the German said: “It’s to give Man United credit as a team. With Michael Carrick in charge, I think they’re doing great and Harry and Coby are a big part of that.”
“As I said, this is the last camp before I go to America and it’s also the last chance for me to meet new players and learn about new players. Coby is one of them. Harry is not a new player in an England shirt, but he is my first at camp.”
“I want to see them together with the other players. I want to feel them on the pitch. I want to see their abilities and learn about them to make a clear decision in May.”
“The motivations are a bit complicated,” Tuchel added of the decision to split the squad. “The headlines for this camp are a bit mixed, but in order to get the most out of this camp, we decided to split the camp into two camps. That means inviting 19 outfielders and four goalkeepers to the first half of the camp leading up to the Uruguay game, giving these players a real chance to impress, giving the players a real chance to play against Uruguay for minutes and put pressure on Uruguay, and to fight for a ticket to the World Cup.”
“We will have 11 players in camp starting Saturday morning and Friday evening, and then we will release some players to form a group of 21 or 22 outfielders and goalkeepers who will be fully focused and preparing for the game against Japan as professionals.”
