Igor Tudor has only been in charge of Tottenham for three games but there is already talk of changes to the dugout as fan anger grows and the club faces relegation fears.
Tottenham are considering a second managerial change in less than a month, with Igor Tudor’s departure already uncertain, despite the Croatian having been in charge for just three games.
Tudor are yet to win, with the team conceding nine times as they continue to slide into the bottom three. They lost at home to Crystal Palace on Thursday night and the hierarchy now have to consider their options.
The current manager was appointed by the end of the season, but with concerns of relegation growing and results not improving, tough decisions could be made even though there are no viable candidates on the market.
The Telegraph has reported that the club’s directors are facing serious questions from members of the exclusive Tunnel Club. Some in the private membership sector took their dissatisfaction to a level higher up, such as CEO Vinay Venkatesham. They asked poignant questions about the direction of the club under Lewis family ownership.
Tudor was hired in part because he had quickly taken off in his previous roles, but that wasn’t the case. He brushed off questions about his future after the loss to the Eagles. Asked whether the leadership maintained faith in him, he said: “I’m not thinking in that direction. I have a job to do, that’s all.”

Next, when asked if he would continue to manage Tottenham for the next game, he replied: “No comment on that question.” Tudor’s future as Tottenham manager rests with Venkatesham and sporting director Johan Lange, who will make any feelings known to Lewis family representative Nick Bucher in Florida.
Tottenham have reportedly approached former Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi to be their manager next season, but that will be conditional on them remaining in the top flight, otherwise a new plan will be needed.
Former striker Peter Crouch has hit out at Tottenham’s current situation, admitting they are the worst team in the Premier League. He told TNT Sports: “Yes is the honest answer because since Christmas, that has been proven to be the case in 2026.
“Wolves are slowly improving. As you know,[they are]bottom of the league. The teams around them, West Ham, are picking up points, and so are Nottingham Forest. “Spurs are definitely the worst in the league in terms of form at the moment.”
